Delete your Zmahisab account

From the app

Open Zmahisab and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm with your password.

If you can no longer access the app

Email support@zmahisab.com from the email address of your Zmahisab account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your ownership of the address and process the deletion.

What happens to your data

Your account is deactivated immediately — you can no longer sign in and syncing stops.
After 30 days, your account and all data associated with it — your profile, businesses, customers, and all ledger entries — are permanently deleted from our servers. This cannot be undone.
Changed your mind? Contact support@zmahisab.com within the 30-day window and we will restore your account intact.

Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app's data or uninstall it.
